Past events

Youth and Sustainable Development

Exif_JPEG_PICTUREIn Iran, we met curious and enthusiastic students beyond imagination. The youth is driven to follow sustainable development goals(SDGs) in their country. They have done many projects related to iEARN that are integrated with SDGs, including “Girls’ rising education”, “One right one people”, “Decarbonized”, “Virtual Peace”… They are doing their best to make the world a global and peaceful home for all.

Multimedia and Light Competition

Multimedia and light are always good reasons to stimulate our creativity and what better excuse than Tesla. We had several interesting proposals from youth all around the world of all ages (11-24 years old). Ideas such as having light gained by a soccer ball; the kinetic action of a ball creates energy transformed into light to be used at nighttime. Or, a mobile library tent with books for all of those that want to learn more. A peaceful fight against illiteracy.

Renewable energy and sustainability

renewable energy

Renewable energy is an essential part of a more sustainable development of our world. In this conference we discuss the efficiency and workings of certain renewable energies.

IMG-20190304-WA0051Hydroponics is the process of growing plants in sand, gravel, or liquid, with added nutrients, but without soil. We offer workshops by our partner Thomas Wollenberger CEO of Aeroasis to schools and other organizations that search for a different ecology friendly training on agriculture. This is a great scientific experiment for all ages.
